Full Circuit: 4 Stations Back to Back

A roleplay, a personal interview question, an ethical dilemma, then policy and healthcare, just like a real MMI circuit. 5 minutes per station, about 25 to 28 minutes with preparation. Feedback after each station.

Roleplay

A live spoken conversation with a character, and it comes in two kinds. Ethical roleplays are difficult conversations, such as an upset patient, a struggling colleague or a friend in difficulty. Communication roleplays ask you to explain something to someone, such as a child or an older relative. The character answers out loud and can push back. Then the examiner asks you one question about it.

Personal Interview

Questions about you: why this profession, why this program, your strengths, and real experiences you have learned from. You speak your answer, then type your answers to the interviewer's follow-up questions.

Ethical Dilemma

Scenarios involving genuine moral conflict, such as patient confidentiality versus safety, competing duties, or telling the truth under difficult circumstances. You speak your answer, then type your answers to the follow-up questions.

Policy & Healthcare

Questions that zoom out from individual cases to the system level: healthcare funding, public health crises, rationing decisions, and the responsibilities of health professionals. You speak your answer, then type your follow-ups. Optionally set a country to ground the question in a specific healthcare system.

Roleplay Station

Read the scenario carefully before starting the conversation.

How this works: You will have a timed conversation with an AI playing a character. Record what you would say, a turn at a time, and the character will respond realistically. You have 5 minutes in total with 90 seconds to respond. You don't have to use all of the response time available, but the more you engage, the better the feedback.
